AMCAW has updated their website. Check it out for some inspiration and news.
We talked a bit about meeting locations. Many of us are now vaccinated, or on our way to being fully vaccinated, so we thought we’d try to have our May meeting in person. Maybe somewhere outside if the weather permits. We talked about meeting in churches, historical societies, libraries; maybe meeting quarterly; doing online demos, etc.
We decided on May 2 for the next meeting. Location to be determined.
I think it would be great to meet together, have a welcome back party, discuss our future as a guild and what we want to accomplish going forward. It has been quite a year for us and for the entire world . . . I’d love to see everyone and share our experiences this last year.
We talked about lots of things at this meeting, not all jewelry related. It was a short meeting but it was great to talk to everyone.
